Proposed Brief Description of the program:
Day 1 : Reporting at Surat reception between 08:00 to 09:30, Morning, Shifted to Dang Camp Site by Bus, accommodation allocation and lunch, Orientation with evening tea, visit to nearby place Dinner, Get-to-gather
Day 2 : 6:30 Morning Whistle, Breakfast, shifted to Mahal, Trek to Raspaththar Waterfall with Waterfall bath and return to Base camp (total 5KM trek), After lunch Visit to nearby places and return to camp site, Dinner, Get-to-gather
Day 3 : 6:30 Morning Whistle, Breakfast, Pack Lunch, Shifted to Don village, Trek to DON waterfall (total 5km trek), Pack lunch and leisure at DON village. Return to base camp, Dinner, Get-to-gather and certificate distribution.
Day 4 : 6:30 Morning Whistle, Breakfast, Pack Lunch, Felicitation and feedback, shifted to famous Gira waterfall, after pack lunch, shifted to Waghai Railway Station, boarding on famous heritage Waghai – Bilimora Narrow Gauge train for a joy ride, deboard at Unai Railway Station, shifted to Surat by bus, camp breaks at Surat around 18:30 evening.
 
Who Can Participate : Any member of YHAI who is physically fit can join the program.
If not member, the Membership will also be available at Surat reception center. Bring photo copy of Aadhar card, a passport sized photograph and fees Rs.200/- per membership.
How To Reach The Base Camp : Located at South Gujarat, Surat is well connected by Road, Train and flights with all the major cities of India. It is also well connected with major cities of neighbor states by private as well as state transport buses.

Accommodation Facilities : Accommodation in dormitory / rooms, separate for ladies and gents.
Fee Inclusions : Simple vegetarian breakfast, lunch / Pack lunch, Dinner, all transportation from Surat to Surat. Accommodation.

Additional Notes:  Smoking and Use of Alcohol and Narcotics or any description are strictly prohibited during the trekking program. Camera Charges and Entry Ticket for some places will be provided by the participants only. Carry your address proof and Photo Id.
 
What Participants Should Bring Along : Face Mask, Cotton cloths, towel, water bottle, sturdy sports/trekking shoes (compulsory), photo identity proof, lunch box (for pack lunch), day pack, toiletries, torch etc.
Medical certificate on prescribed proforma, YHAI membership proof, declaration form / Indemnity bond.
If you require: Medicines, camera and/or binoculars, rain sheet /rain coat/umbrella, charger etc.
 
Safety & Security: YHAI Gujarat State Branch and Bilimora Unit will take all the measures for safety, but the final responsibility is of participants.
 
Cancellation Rules : 50% Fee will be refunded, if refund application reaches to the Field Director and Programme in charge Mihir Raval on or before 12/07/2023 by email on email ID mentioned above. After date 12-7-2023, No refund application will be considered.
