Youth Hostels Association of India, Ahmedabad (Main) Unit has remained one of the active unit in Gujarat State since the introduction of YHAI activity in Gujarat. The yearly membership of the Association for individual above age of 18 years is Rs 100/- Only. AIMS and Objectives of YHAI
• To encourage youth to travel and provide low cost good accommodation.
• To foster friendly relations between the urban and rural youth
• To promote interstate contacts, National integration and international friendship
• To instill among the youth a sense of adventure and awareness of environment.
• To organize and conduct collective outdoor adventure and awareness of environment.
