Brief Description of the program:
DAY 1
Reporting at Surat reception between 08:00AM to 09:30AM – Shifted to Dang Camp Site – Room allocation and Lunch – Orientation – Visit to nearby places – Dinner – Get-together
DAY 2
6:00 Morning Whistle – Breakfast – Packed Lunch – Shifted to Chimer Village – Trek to Chimer Waterfalls – Water stream bath and return – Pack lunch on route – Shifted to camp site visiting famousShabari Dham Temple on route – Dinner and Get-together.
DAY 3
6:00 Morning Whistle – Breakfast – Packed Lunch – Shifted to Gadad Village by bus – Shifted to Don Hill station by local transport – Trek to Don waterfalls – Waterfall bath and return to Don view point and leisure – Pack lunch on route – Return to camp site – Dinner and Get-together.
DAY 4
6:30 Morning Whistle – Breakfast – Pack Lunch – Felicitation, certificate distribution and feedback – Lunch – Shifted to Waghai Railway Station – Boarding famous heritage Waghai – Bilimora narrow gauge Train for a joy ride – Off boarding at Unai Railway Station – Shifted to Surat – Camp breaks at Surat around 18:30.
Who can participate?
Any member of YHAI who is physically fit can join the program.
Membership will also be available at Surat reception. Bring photo copy of Aadhar card, a passport sized photograph and Rs.200/- per membership, if not member.
How to reach Surat:
Located at South Gujarat, Surat is well connected by train and flight with all the major cities of India. It is also well connected with major cities of neighbor states by private as well as state transport buses.From Surat the participants will betransferred to the Base camp in Dang district by Bus.

Pakka accommodation in dormitory (Floor bedding) / rooms, separate for ladies and gents
Food and water supplies:
Simple vegetarian breakfast & dinner, lunch / pack lunch etc.Drinking water will be available at base camp.

What participants should bring along:
Ø Cotton cloths, towel, water bottle, sturdy sports/trekking shoes (compulsory), photo identity proof, lunch box (for pack lunch), day pack, toiletries, torch etc.
Ø Medical certificate in prescribed proforma, YHAI membership proof, declaration form / Indemnity bond.
Ø If you require: Medicines, camera and/or binoculars, rain sheet /rain coat/umbrella, charger etc.
Safety & security:
YHAI Bilimora Unitand Gujarat State Branch will take all the measures for safety, but the final responsibility is of participants.
Cancellation
Cancellation rules:
50% Fee refunds, if officially informed by email or in hard copy on or before 10/07/2025 to the Program Field Director Sh.
Mihir Raval. After date 10/07/2025, no refund application will be considered.
