I agree to adhere strictly to the discipline of the Programme and abide by the directions of the organizing authorities or their nominees, at all times and shall not deviate from the set expedition route during the programme.
For Participants below 18 Years, Parents/Guardian has approved this Participation and confirmed all the Terms.
IN CASE OF ANY ACCIDENT ILLNESS OR INJURY, I WILL NOT HOLD THE YOUTH HOSTELS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA OR ANY OF ITS BEARERS WHOLLY OR PARTLY RESPONSIBLE.
Any misbehavior / disobedience of rules of YHAI will disqualify me from participation in the Trekking Camp and in case of check out at any place any time, I will not claim any refund of fees.
I further declare that I have not been suffering from any infectious disease from the past one-month and that I am keeping good health.
Smoking, use of alcohol, and narcotics of any description is strictly prohibited during the course of the program.
The route and schedule of the program may change without prior notice based on the local conditions.
Cancellation Rules : 50% of camp fees will be refunded if cancelled before 10 Days of the Trek. Thereafter no refund.
Membership (If opted during Trek Registration)
This Membership is for Indian nationals only. Foreigners are requested to apply for membership in their respective country.
Please send the photo by e-mail with your temporary membership card details to yhaiahmedabad@gmail.com if not uploaded at the time of membership registration.
Customers will get their permanent membership cards within 10 days after online membership registration.
Customers are requested to mention their complete address with PIN code in the membership registration form.
Annual Membership is valid for one calendar year only (January - December). 1st October onwards customers can apply for next year membership.
Membership below 18 years is allowed only for Junior Membership (11 - 18 years) of one year.
If any membership card is lost or stolen there is a Duplicate card fee as under:
PVC Card (for Life membership) : Rs.100 (including postage charges)
Paper Card (for 1 & 2 years) : Rs.60 (including postage charges)
Acceptance: "I have read the aims and objects of the Association. I undertake to abide by its rules and regulations. Please enroll me for trek & as a member (if applying for new membership)."
