1. Travelling: Agartala to Silchar (All transfers and sightseeing ).
2. Accommodation: Hotel / Home Stay / Guest House on Triple Sharing basis. (Couple Room Available with extra Cost and Subject to Availability)

2. By Train: AGARTALA railway station is well connected by the train network. Participants may select suitable trains

Day Wise Schedule
 
Day 1: 24/10/2025 – Arrival at Tripura – Agartala
 
1. Airport pickup and transfer to hotel.
2. After Lunch: Visit Ujjayanta Palace, State Museum, Heritage Park, Elbert Ekka Park.
3. Enjoy the Light & Sound show at Ujjayanta Palace.
4. Overnight stay at hotel in Agartala.
 
Day 2: 25/10/2025 – Tripura Sightseeing
 
1. After Breakfast: Visit Tripureswari Temple.
2. Chabimura sightseeing.
3. Bhubaneswari Temple.
4. Overnight stay at hotel.
 
Day 3: 26/10/2025 – Tripura Sightseeing
 
1. After Breakfast: Visit Neermahal sightseeing.
2. Explore Purbasha Marketing for Handicrafts items.
3. Witness the Indu – Bangla Border Flagdown parade.
4. Overnight stay at hotel in Agartala.
 
Day 4: 27/10/2025 – Agartala to Aizawl (Mizoram)
 
1. After Breakfast: Unokoti sightseeing.
2. Drive to Mizoram via Jampui hill (approx. 6 hrs drive, road condition may vary up to Assam-Mizoram border).
3. Drop at Mizoram border and proceed to Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram, located 4000 meters above sea level.
4. Mizoram is the religious and cultural center of the Mizos (meaning people of the hills). The Mizo ethnic group includes several tribes.
5. Overnight stay at hotel in Aizawl.
 
Day 5: 28/10/2025 – Mizoram Sightseeing (Reiek)
 
1. Visit Tlawng Falls.
2. Vaipuanpho Falls.
3. Explore Zokhua at Reiek (Heritage Village).
4. Trek to Reiek Peak.
5. Return to hotel/homestay in Reiek for overnight stay.
 
Day 6: 29/10/2025 – Mizoram Sightseeing
 
1. Visit Zokhua at Falkawn Village.
2. Lianphunga Bung at Sateek Village.
3. Hmuifang Peak.
4. Vantawng Waterfalls at Thenzawl.
5. Tuirihiau Falls at Thenzawl.
6. Dilpui Lake at Thenzawl.
7. Overnight stay at hotel in Thenzawl Town.
 
Day 7: 30/10/2025 – Thenzawl to Aizawl & Local Sightseeing
 
1. After Breakfast: Drive from Thenzawl to Aizawl.

5. Solomon\\’s Temple
6. Hangi Lunglentlang (Aizawl View Point)
 
Day 8: 31/10/2025 – Departure
 
1. Drive from Aizawl to Silchar for drop-off.

HOW TO JOIN: BY CONTACT-YHAI GANDHINAGAR GEB UNIT ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES: HOTEL/HOMESTAY/TENT SHARING BASE.
 
FOOD & WATER SUPPLIES: LOCAL FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED.
BOOK ONLINE: ONLY OFFLINE.
 
WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG:
 
Shirts, Slacks, Raincoat, Woolen sweaters or Jackets, Inners, Sun Cap, Trekking, Shoes, Socks, Gloves, Needle, Thread, Spare buttons, Goggles, Cold Cream/Vaseline, Soap, Toilet, Paper, Tissues, Towel, Medicines (which are normally used at home), MOST, IMPORTANTLYAADHAR CARD, YHAI MEMBERSHIP CARD (soft copy will do) and Medical certificated not issue before 30 Days.
 
Submission of Medical Certificate, Trekking Registration Form and Declaration-cum-Undertaking are compulsory.
 
Safety & Security
 
1. Extensive preparations have been made for participant safety, with local guides inspecting the area.
2. However, Youth Hostels Association of India is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, or unforeseen events.
3. Strict Rules: Smoking, alcohol, and narcotics are strictly prohibited during the program.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Cancellation Rules:
 
Members unable to participate may apply for cancellation by writing to rakeshyhaignr@gmail.com or emailing Mr. Rakesh Parmar (Chairman of Gandhinagar GEB Unit) at least 30 days before the program start date. In such cases, 50% of the program fee will be refunded. Cancellation requests received after this date will not be considered.
