π Launched as part of the Silver Jubilee of YHAI National Trekking in 1995, the Family Camping Program offers a unique outdoor experience for families.

π Duration: 4 Nights / 5 Days

1. By Road: Regular buses from Delhi, Chandigarh & Punjab to Kullu.
2. By Train: Nearest stations β Ambala & Chandigarh
3. By Air: Nearest airport β Bhuntar
4. π All buses to Manali pass through Seobagh (Base Camp).

π’ Important Guidelines for Participants:
1. π· Stick to the schedule β No personal deviations allowed during the camp.
2. ποΈ Stay only at YHAI Camp β No outside accommodation permitted.
3. π± Eco-Friendly Camp β
4. Do not litter β carry waste to base camp & dispose properly.
5. β Washing clothes at camp is not allowed
6. π₯ No burning of wood for campfire
7. ποΈ Carrying non-biodegradable items is a punishable offense in Himachal Pradesh

Cancellation Policy
π Cancellation (10+ Days in Advance):
(A) πͺ 100% Credit Shell

Usable for any YHAI adventure program
π Transferable to family/friends (non-refundable & non-transferable again)
π° If next trek costs more, pay the difference. If cheaper, balance stays in shell.
π« Cannot be used for memberships or hostel bookings.
π« Once booked using credit shell, cannot cancel again.
OR
(B) πΈ 50% Refund
ποΈ Same rule: Request must be made 10+ days before reporting.
β No refund if the request is late.
π§οΈ In Case of Program Cancellation (Force Majeure):
If the program is cancelled due to:
1. πͺοΈ Natural disasters
2. ποΈ Govt. restrictions
3. β Permission withdrawal, etc.
π YHAI is responsible only for the program fee.
π No compensation for travel or personal expenses.
π§Ύ Final decision on refunds lies with YHAI and will be binding.
