Breif Description Of The Program : After successful completion of Eight trekking expedition programmes in Munnar, Schenduruni and Agasthyamala YHAI Kerala state branch gives another opportunity to explore the National Munnar – Alappey- Kovalam Jungle Safari and Backwater Voyage
 
Schedule of the Programme
Day 1 : Reporting at Sishak Sadan Munnar 5 PM Orientation and Acclimatization / Training . Camp at Sihak Sadan.
Day 2 : Munnar Jungle Safari Munnar is a verdant hill station located in the Western Ghats of Kerala. It is well known for its tea plantations and picturesque landscapes. Eravikulam National Park , Mattupetty Dam, Pothamedu Viewpoint and Top Station Munnar are visited Camp at Sishak Sadan Munnar
Day 3 : 6 AM Transfer to Alappuzha, 11.00 AM Alappuzha Day Cruise Alleppey or Alappuzha is a city located on the Laccadive Sea in Kerala. Alleppey is one of the oldest towns in India which is built according to a proper town plan. It is famous for its backwater canals, beaches, paddy fields and lagoons. Alappuzha Day cruise normally from 11 AM to 5 PM, but in some case, it will be from 10 AM to 4 AM. The houseboat starts at 10/11 AM and cruise through the backwaters Camp at Karmasadhan Alappuzha
Day 4 : Sight Seeing “Kollam Beach , Varkala Beach , Sreepadmanabhaswami Temple Thiruvananthapuram and Kovalam Beach ” Camp at Dormitory Kovalam / Youth Hostel Veli
Day 5 : 6.00 AM Morning Walk at Kovalam Beach 11.00 AM Group disbursed after Break fast WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Any YHAI member above the age of 15 years can participate on first cum first serve basis.

Road : Roads connect Munnar from Aluva and Ernakumal (110 Kms),
Rail : The nearest railhead is Aluva / Ernakulam Junction which is connected to with All major cities in India
Air : The nearest airport is Cochin International airport 120 Kms.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG: Rucksack, Pants / Jeans, Torch with extra batteries, Soap, Towel, Mug, Lunch Box, Glass, Water Bottle, Plate, Spoon, and Camera (Optional)
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Use of alcohol and narcotics of any description and smoking are strictly prohibited during the programme. Deviation from the set rout of the programme is not permitted. If participants desire to join any other activity, they may do so at their own responsibility and risk only after finishing the programme and check out.

CANCELLATION RULES: In case you are unable to join the programme after paying participation fee, you will get Rs 4000/-as refund provided your request is received at least 10 days in advance from the date of your reporting. No refund will, however, be admissible if such notice is short of 10 days.
