Day Wise Schedule

Day 1 – 21 Oct 2026: Da Nang Arrival – Da Nang City Half Day Trip

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our driver and tour guide, then transfer to hotel. Then, transfer back for the check-in at hotel (standard check-in time is at 14.00 – 15.00 PM).

Begin your 4-hour Da Nang city tour with a visit to Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the impressive Lady Buddha statue and breathtaking views of the coastline. Continue to Dragon Bridge, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, and learn about its unique dragon-shaped design. Next, take a leisurely stroll along Love Bridge, a popular riverside attraction offering beautiful photo opportunities. Conclude the tour at Han Market, where you can browse local products, souvenirs, and regional specialties before returning to your hotel. Overnight in Da Nang city.

Day 2 – 22 Oct 2026: Da Nang – Ba Na Hills 1 Day Trip with Cable Car – Da Nang

Have breakfast at hotel. At 9.00 AM, your full-day tour to Ba Na Hills begins with a morning drive from Da Nang through lush countryside to the base of the Ba Na cable car station. From here, you will take one of the world’s longest cable car rides up to the mountain, enjoying breathtaking views of forests, waterfalls, and valleys along the way. At the summit, stroll across the iconic Golden Bridge, held up by giant stone hands, offering spectacular photo opportunities. Continue your exploration of the French Village, with its European-style architecture, cobblestone streets, and charming squares. Throughout the day, you can visit Linh Ung Pagoda with its majestic Buddha statue, wander through flower gardens, and discover hidden corners of this mountaintop retreat. Ba Na Hills also offers a variety of attractions such as the Fantasy Park indoor entertainment complex, ideal for those who wish to add more fun and relaxation to the visit. In the late afternoon, descend by cable car and meet our driver for the journey back to Da Nang. Back to hotel at 17.30 PM. Overnight in Da Nang city.

Day 3 – 23 Oct 2026: Da Nang – Marble Mountain – Coconut Forest – Hoi An

Have breakfast at hotel. We have a leisurely morning to relax. The driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Da Nang in the afternoon. The first stop is the Marble Mountains with a 2-way elevator. Admire beautiful caves and historic Buddhist pagodas, spend time exploring and absorbing knowledge about religions, and gain insight into the differences between Buddhism and Hinduism. Move to the Stone Carving Village of Non-Nuoc, where you can admire stone-fine art and buy some nice souvenirs. Then, we continue your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and spend your time enjoying the peaceful, green space of Coconut Forest and the hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing, especially basket boat rowing.

Finally at 17.30 PM, Hoi An Ancient Town welcomes you to visit Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung Ancient House, the Japanese Bridge, the Museum, etc. Shopping at Hoi An Central Market. Walk around the historic old town and be amazed by the influences from China, Japan, and Vietnam. Free time to enjoy the shimmering space of Hoi An. Finally, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight in Da Nang city.

Day 4 – 24 Oct 2026: Da Nang – Morning Flight to Hanoi – Hanoi Half Day Trip

Have breakfast and check out from hotel. Then, our driver will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Hanoi city (standard check-in time is at 14.00 – 15.00 PM).

In the afternoon we will go for the 4-hour half day city tour. Overnight in Hanoi city.

Day 5 – 25 Oct 2026: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay 1 Day Trip on Indian Lunch Cruise – Hanoi

Have breakfast at hotel.

8.15 AM in the morning, our local driver and guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer via old road way to Halong Bay (3.5 – 4 hours driving).

12:00 PM – Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing. Wego Cruise will take you on a 5.5 to 6 hour journey via a 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route renowned for its striking passages; uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while you enjoy mouth-watering Vietnamese cuisine.

13:45 PM – Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes reminiscent of sea life, then go kayaking or bamboo boating in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. Visit Titov Island with its sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain, offering an excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

16:30 PM – Return to the cruise ship and cruise back toward Tuan Chau harbor.

17:40-18:00 – Disembark. We dock at the harbor, our local driver with guide will transfer back to Hanoi (2.5 – 3 hours driving).

Please note: Cruise program may vary depending on the cruise. You will have a stationed English-speaking guide on board!

Day 6 – 26 Oct 2026: Hanoi – Ninh Binh Day Trip: Hoa Lu Ancient Town – Tam Coc Boat Ride – Hanoi

Have breakfast at hotel. Picked up at 8.30 AM. A 90km drive south of Hanoi will lead you to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi took its leading role in the 11th century. The area is featured by lots of well-known sceneries, which include Tam Coc Caves and Hoa Lu ancient capital with the old temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le, who reigned in the 10th century.

The visit in Ninh Binh starts with a boat trip in Tam Coc where spectacular limestone karsts jut out from the green paddy fields, reminiscent of Guilin (China) and Halong Bay of Vietnam, which gives this scenery the name “Halong-bay-on-land”. Further discovery in Ninh Binh will be continued by visiting Bich Dong Pagoda. Afternoon drive back to Hanoi, on the way, stop to visit Hoa Lu, the site that used to be the kings’ palace in the 10th century and now famous for the wooden relieves of the shady Dinh and Le temples.

Late afternoon back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 7 – 27 Oct 2026: Departure

Have breakfast at hotel and check out. Our guide and car will transfer you directly to the airport.

Who Can Participate?

This expedition is open to YHAI members.

Arrival & Transfers

Participants are required to report at Da Nang Airport on the designated reporting date. Airport pickup and transfers to the hotel will be provided at two preferred slots – 10.00 am and 03.00 pm (based on majority arrivals). Arrivals outside these timings must arrange their own transfer directly to the hotel.

Accommodation & Meals

Check-in time is 02.00 PM. Accommodation will be arranged at a 4-star property. Meals included in the programme are: Breakfast, one water bottle per day, dinner (preferably Indian cuisines), and one lunch at Halong Bay Cruise as per itinerary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • If a participant cancels their booking 10 days or more before the travel date, they will receive a 50% refund of the programme fee.
  • If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the travel date, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, as all arrangements would already be finalized.
  • Participants should also note that there is no option for credit shell or transfer of booking to another batch or programme.

Group Size

  • Minimum 16 confirmed participants are required to operate the tour.
  • In case of fewer participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the batch. In this situation, participants will receive a 100% refund of the programme fee within a stipulated time frame. Additionally, they may be offered the option to transfer their booking to another batch or date, subject to availability.
