Jessore camp site is 3 km from Iqbalgadh railway station, Jessore is well-connected by road,.It is 29 km from Palanpur and 5 km away from National Highway No.14.on Palanpur to Abu National Highway.
According to legend this name was derived from the mythological demon Bakasura who was slain by Bhim. In Moonsoon, The entire area becomes lush green. The scrub forests of Bakore are a home for a number of animals such as Nilagai, Hyena, Jackal & Porcupine. Birdlife is abundant and includes Indian Pitta, The Paradise Fly Catcher & Grey Hornbill.
Hastagiri temple is very beautiful temple located on top of the Hastagiri Mountain in Shatrunjay Hills Range & The temple covered Shetrunji hill, 2000 ft over Palitana town, believed to span 863 shrines in all has some really exquisite marble temples of great religious and artistic importance, containing arches, carved pillars and bejeweled idols.
The purpose of the programme is to offer the youth new trekking region in the Kodaikanal –Vellakavi-Kurangani-Central Station-Top Station-Munnar Hills -Kumbakarai & Kurangani Falls and providing a healthy outdoor activity during the weekend.

Neelakurinji is the best known of a genus that has flowering cycles ranging from one to 16 years. There has been record of its flowering of Strobilanthes kunthiana every 12 years in specific areas since 1826. The next major flowering is expected to place in September 2018 in places such as Munnar. Neelakurinji (Strobilanthes kunthiana) is a shrub that used to grow abundantly in the shola grasslands of Western Ghats in India. The Nilgiris, which literally means the blue mountains, got its name from the purplish blue flowers of Neelakurinji that blossoms gregariously once in 12 years.
Silver Jubilee Celebration of YHAI National Trekking, in 1995 we introduced the Family camping Program for the families of our volunteer camp leaders and other functionaries. Encouraged by the success of this adventure and, on the request of our members we repeated this program in many years till 2013. This year again, we are organizing the Family Adventure Camping Program in Leh, J&K.
